The Springtown Rod and Gun Club was established in 1926 and is located among the rolling hills of historic Upper Bucks County in Springtown, PA.
We are dedicated to working with the community and offer a variety of services such as trout fishing along the Silver Creek, a free Easter Egg Hunt, trap shooting, pistol and rifle ranges from 25 to 200 yards, and a 3D archery range. We also host a PA Game Commission’s Hunter-Trapper Education class which is required for first-time hunters.
The Club hosts a 3D archery shoot the third Sunday of every month all year round. Trap shooting starts the first week of April and runs until the last week of August; shooting is every Tuesday starting at 6 P.M. We host the North-South Skirmish Association, a group who does competition shooting with period-style Civil War weapons. Archery and trap are open to the public, and the public is invited to observe the Civil War competition shoots.
Various Club functions are hosted throughout the year including chicken BBQ, steak dinner and picnic, among others, which are all open to the public. On the grounds are a kitchen, dining hall and pavilion which may be rented for a nominal fee for private parties such as anniversaries, birthdays, weddings, funerals and reunions.
Our general membership meetings are held the second Monday of every month at 8 P.M. and the public is welcome.
If you are interested in any of the Club’s events, we are located at 3146 Rt. 212, Springtown PA 18081. Access to the Club is via the long drive way that runs along side Village Garage and is across the street from the Springtown Post Office.
The Club House phone number is (610) 346-8806; please leave a short message with your phone number so that we may respond to your inquiry or contact us via our website.
